Original Story & Book Design Project
Dreamverse is a student design project that combines creative storytelling and visual design, featuring an original story inspired by real-life dreams, written entirely by myself. To bring the story to life, I designed a full book layout, starting with moodboards to establish the visual direction for the cover, page layout, and imagery. I created a grid system, typographic layout, and strategic photo placements to enhance the story’s dreamlike atmosphere. Using photos sourced from Pexels.com, I manipulated them in Adobe Photoshop to align with the story’s narrative and tone. To complete the project, I sourced a vendor to print a physical copy of the book, transforming my vision into a tangible, immersive reading experience.
